<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel and improved clipless pedal device being simple in manufacture and assembling. <P>SOLUTION: This clipless pedal device includes an installation structure 8 for fixing a first fixing structure arranged in a pedal to a second fixing structure fixed to an under surface of the shoe sole of cycling shoes. The installation structure 8 has at least one moving part biased to an installation position by elastic means 5a and 5b.
