摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent ununiformity in luminance from being caused by asymmetry of orientation characteristics (directivity S) of LEDs, while minimizing a wiring length and maintaining a wiring area for heat radiation. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of LEDs 3 are mounted on a substrate in such a manner that all directions from anodes of the plurality of LEDs 3 to cathodes of them are identical with one another between the adjacent LEDs 3.
