<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat structure on which a seat belt is disposed and that prevents an increase in the number of component items associated with disposing a belt guide for guiding the seat belt. <P>SOLUTION: The seat structure having a seat back includes: a seat back frame 10 forming a frame of the seat back 1; a sub frame 16 disposed on the seat back frame from the upper side of a vehicle toward the lower side of the vehicle in the seat back frame 10; and a retractor 12 disposed on the seat back 1 and for reeling up the seat belt W.
