<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small sized tool for attaching a frame with which the state of a frame can be stabilized when the frame is attached to the attaching tool hanged from a ceiling surface and attaching work is simple. <P>SOLUTION: A rectangular plate 7 is inserted into a U-shaped space of an extension part 3 hanged through a top plate 2 fixed to a ceiling face 15S. The height and size of a frame 18 are considered, and in the state where both penetration holes of an extension part 3 and a penetration hole of a rectangular plate 7 are facing each other, both parts 3, 7 are integrally fixed with a connection material in order to adjust and determine the position in an up and down direction of the frame 18. In the state where each lower parts 18LE1, 18LE2 of the frame 18 is mounted to each upper face of both frame supporting parts 8, 9, by changing the arrangement of a string 13, the frame 18 is attached, making a desired angle and separated from a wall face.
