<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grain flour feeding hopper device in a noodle producing apparatus, having a mechanism for measuring the amount of grain flour to be fed to a kneader by loading the grain flour into measuring holes of the same size disposed at regular intervals on the whole outer surface of a rotary plate, capable of securely dropping the whole grain flour loaded into the measuring holes in a drop hole, and as a result, capable of the high-volume production of noodles of a stable quality. <P>SOLUTION: The grain flour feeding hopper device includes: a hopper 1 having a stirring mechanism 2 on the bottom; the measuring rotary plate 4 disposed under the stirring mechanism 2 via a partition plate 3 to rotate according to the rotation of the stirring mechanism 2; and a base plate 5 supporting the stirring mechanism 2, having the drop hole 6 communicating with inside of the kneader, and sliding and rotating the measuring rotary plate 4 along the upper surface. A grain flour outlet 6 is formed in an edge on the opposite side from a part corresponding to the drop hole of the partition plate 3, and numerous measuring holes 17 which are opened outward and whose inner surfaces are expanded downward are formed at regular intervals in the peripheral edge of the measuring rotary plate 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
