The engine (1) has a gyro-swirl pipe (3) secured at a direct current generator shaft (4) for converting steam into a heavy centrifugal working swirl. The rotational axis of the swirl is tilted by steam force acting on a free end of a gyro-swirl pipe, so that an impulse is exerted diagonally to the shaft and transverse to the longitudinal axis of the gyro-swirl pipe. The free end of the pipe is laterally deflected by a centrifugal force, so that a circular precession movement of the pipe is enabled and the shaft is rotated, where the speed of the movement is lower than that of the swirl.
