<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED back light module having a high good product rate and a manufacturing method of the LED back light module. <P>SOLUTION: An LED back light module includes a shade, a copper circuit layer, a reflective sheet, multiple LED elements, and a light guide plate. From among these components, the reflective sheet includes multiple openings and multiple notches. Each notch is provided between the two adjacent openings and has a predetermined width. When the reflective sheet receives heat, the notches reduce influences of linear thermal expansion coefficient on the openings of the reflective sheet and stabilizes the light emitting efficiency of the LED back light module. Further, according to a method of this invention, the reflective sheet including the multiple notches is produced to be incorporated into the shade. Providing the notches prevents the reflective sheet from deforming due to heat generated in the production processes and allows the multiple openings to secure the relative positions with a bottom part surface of the shade, thereby improving the good product rate of the LED back light module. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
