<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a memory system that can reduce current consumption. <P>SOLUTION: The memory system includes a plurality of data buses provided between a NAND type flash memory and an input/output part and between the NAND type flash memory and an input/output buffer part, a switch that selects a desired data bus based on an input selecting signal, and a control part that, when data is written in the NAND type flash memory at least from the input/output buffer part by controlling the NAND type flash memory, the input/output part, and the switch, outputs the selecting signal, which connects between the NAND type flash memory and the input/output buffer part through the selected data bus and dose not connect between the NAND type flash memory and the input/output buffer part through the rest of the data buses, to the switch. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
