<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a package which has small variation in peel strength, and has reduced manufacture cost. <P>SOLUTION: The package 100 includes a cover tape 200 and a carrier tape 300. The cover tape 200 is formed of at least a stretched film. The cover tape 200 is bonded to the carrier tape 300. The stretched film is formed by being stretched in the longitudinal direction of the cover tape 200.
