<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated circuit device and an electronic apparatus, or the like, in which the impedance can be matched with high accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: The integrated circuit device 100 comprises a receiving circuit 10 which receives signals input via an antenna AN, a transmission circuit 20 which transmits signals via the antenna AN, and a variable capacitance circuit 30. Input node of the receiving circuit 10 and the output node of the transmission circuit 20 are connected with a first node N1 which is the other end of a matching circuit 200 having one end connected with the antenna AN. The variable capacitance circuit 30 is connected with the first node N1, and the capacitance of which is set to vary according to the operational state of either the receiving circuit 10 and/or the transmission circuit 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
