<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a rubber member for tire, a device for manufacturing the rubber member for tire, and the rubber member for tire which improve productivity and can reduce manufacturing cost by using a cord composed of one filament, and can prevent the deterioration in productivity due to the occurrence of process troubles in a manufacturing method of the tire caused by curling tendency. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a rubber member for tire is characterized in that a cord having curling tendency is arranged where the curl direction is in the vertical direction, and the topping of rubber is conducted on the cord aggregate so that the curling force of the cord is canceled by appropriately combining the cord in which the curl direction is upward with the cord in which the curl direction is downward. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
