<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a leakage coaxial cable (LCX) which is easily manufactured, has adequate mechanical durability, is easily bent, is used in a narrow and winding space, and allows a slot pitch to have an adequate length. <P>SOLUTION: An external conductor 4 is formed by overlapping an inner braid 4a with an outer braid 4b which are respectively made of metal wires, and a composite pitch of a portion where the density of the braid is low is formed by the difference between the pitch of the inner braid 4a and the pitch of the outer braid 4b.
