摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection foam molding excellent in injection charging and foaming property, and beautiful in surface appearance. <P>SOLUTION: A manufacturing method includes: supplying a polypropylene resin composition containing 3 to 50 pts.wt. modified polypropylene resin (A) having a melt flow rate at 230&deg;C of more than 30 g/10 min and 250 g/10 min or less, a melt tension at 200&deg;C of 0.3 cN or more and a loss tangent tan&delta; of 6.0 or less, which is a ratio of a storage modulus to a loss modulus at an angular frequency of 1 rad/s in dynamic viscoelasticity measurement at 200&deg;C, and 50 to 97 pts.wt. linear polypropylene resin (B) having a melt flow rate at 230&deg;C of 10 g/10 min or more and 150 g/10 min or less and a melt tension of less than 2 cN, and a foaming agent to an injection molding machine; and injecting a melt mixture obtained by melting and kneading into a mold at the temperature kept at 85&deg;C or higher from start of injection to completion of injection. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
