<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wound type solid electrolyte capacitor which has low ESR, large electrostatic capacitance, and high reliability during use under high temperature conditions. <P>SOLUTION: The wound type solid electrolyte capacitor has a layer of an electroconductive polymer formed on a capacitor element that is produced by winding an anode having a dielectric layer formed on a surface of an aluminum foil and a cathode formed of the aluminum foil through a separator, which is formed through oxidation polymerization of a monomer mixture including 2, 3-dihydro-thieno(3, 4-b)(1, 4)dioxin and 2-alkyl-2, 3-dihydro-thieno(3, 4-b)(1, 4) dioxin, the alkyl groups of which have the carbon number of 1-4, with the molar ratio of 0.05:1 to 1:0.1 by using a dopant solution also serving as an oxidizer with the concentration of aromatic sulfonic acid iron of 30-70 mass% and which contains the aromatic sulfonic acid as a dopant. The wound type solid electrolyte capacitor is manufactured by using the electroconductive polymer as a solid electrolyte. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
