<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mortar spraying machine capable of reducing burden on an operator and having excellent workability; and a repair or reinforcement method for concrete structure having excellent workability. <P>SOLUTION: A mortar spraying machine for projecting mortar forward from a projection opening 24 installed at the front of a casing 20 by an impeller 11 is provided with a first grip portion 36 to be gripped by one hand of an operator and a second grip portion 40 to be gripped by the other hand of the operator which are installed at both sides of the casing 20. The first grip portion 36 with a rotation axis of the impeller 11 on the side elongated sideward extends backward beyond the rear end of the casing 20, and a drive shaft 57 extending backward from the tip of the rotation axis is connected to the tip of the rotation axis through a direction conversion transmission mechanism, and a motor 35 for driving the drive shaft 57 is built in the first grip portion 36.
