PURPOSE: An apparatus for bone fixation is provided to prevent blood supply from reducing by coupling the screw with the plate and forming a small contact area between bones. CONSTITUTION: A screw(10) has a head unit(12) in which a male screw thread(13) is formed on an outer circumference. A female screw thread(22) engaged with the male screw thread is formed in a washer(20). A locking hole(31) is formed on a plate(30) for the washer to be inserted after being mounted. The end tip of a protrusion portion(21) is pointedly formed.
