<p>PURPOSE: An apparatus for regenerating waste paint is provided to liquefy waste paint to be filtered and implement a classifying process with respect to the waste paint in order to obtain recycled paint of high quality. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for regenerating waste paint includes a first classifier(200), a second classifier(300), a second pulverizer(120), a third pulverizer(400), and a heating source supplying unit. A mixing unit and a classifying unit are integrated at the first classifier. The first classifier forms liquid waste paint material based on solid waste paint which is pulverized at the first pulverizer and is transferred through a conveyor(110). The first classifier classifies recyclable paint liquid by supplying heating source to the waste paint in order to lower the viscosity of the waste paint. The second classifier includes a magnet(320) in order to absorb fine metal powder from the waste paint.</p> |
