摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable composition having low viscosity and good coating workability and being used for a light transmission layer of an optical information medium with good restorability; and an optical information medium with good restorability. <P>SOLUTION: A curable composition for an optical information medium contains: 45 to 67 mass% of an urethane (meth)acrylate (A) obtained by reaction of a compound (a1) having 2 or more isocyanate groups, a polyol (a2) having 650<Mn&le;1500, and a compound (a4) having 1 or more hydroxy group and 1 or more (meth)acryloyloxy group in 1 molecule, [(a2) use ratio is 10 to 100 mol% based on 100 mol% of the polyol total]; 30 to 55 mass% of a compound (B) having one (meth)acryloyloxy group and comprising no phosphorus element; 0 to 10 mass% of a compound (C) having 2 or more (meth)acryloyloxy groups and comprising no phosphorus element, [based on the total of the resin component]; and a photoinitiator (D).
