PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing apparatus and the like which can more surely notify a customer of advertisement information such as campaign information than conventional one, and can reduce a workload of an operator.

SOLUTION: A CN-Web server 13 includes: a determination section 144 for determining a state of an automatic transaction by an automatic transaction section; and a control section 145 for determining advertisement information for notifying a customer performing the automatic transaction on the basis of the result of the determination by the determination section 144.
