<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an application management system, an application management method, and an application management program for assisting circulation of a proposal document which requires approval in compliance with a workflow. <P>SOLUTION: A file server 40 has department folders for respective departments and each department folder has an applied document folder, a circulated document folder, and a finally approved document folder. When obtaining a proposal document file from a client terminal 10, a control section 21 of an application management server 20 sets a file name in accordance with a workflow and stores the same in the applied document folder. When an intermediate approver performs an approval input with respect to the proposal document file stored in the applied document folder, the control section 21 corrects the file name of the proposal document file and stores the same in the circulated document folder. When a final approver performs the approval input with respect to the proposal document file stored in the circulated document folder, the control section 21 corrects the file name of the proposal document file and stores the same in the finally approved document folder. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
