<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure user-friendliness benefiting from changing contents of management information while securing reliability of the management information. <P>SOLUTION: A printing apparatus 12 includes: a printer-side storage unit 33 for storing actually-managed information data 38 including information indicative of an actual state of configurations and management data 39 for report, where information referred to when reporting the management information is included so as to be rewritable according to the input for instructing to make changes; and an information changing unit 42 that changes the information included in the management information 39 for report if the information is not rewritten according to the instruction to make changes when changing the actually-managed information data 38, and that does not change the information if it is rewritten. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
