<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide flux which gives little influence on organic insulating films when forming an electrical connection structure. <P>SOLUTION: The flux includes alkanolamine, aliphatic carboxylic acid, and at least one or more kinds selected from salts thereof.
