<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device and a display method which creates an environment in which an observer can view a multi-viewpoint images displayed by a display device. <P>SOLUTION: A display device 10 comprises: a display part 100 which displays the multi-viewpoint images; a parallax barrier 105 having plural transmission parts 105a and separating light from the display part 100; and a display control part 125 which controls timing of switching at least one of the display position of each view-point image on a display part 100 and the transmittance of each transmission part 105a of the parallax barrier 105. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
