<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell panel carrying device capable of efficiently carrying a solar cell panel on a folded-plate roof, and a manufacturing method of a solar cell system. <P>SOLUTION: A solar cell panel carrying device comprises a loading platform part on which a plurality of solar cell panels are placed, and a plurality of moving devices spaced apart at a distance any natural number times the distance between neighboring seams of a folded-plate roof. The solar cell panel carrying device may be placed on the seams for moving or placed on rails installed on the seams through locking fixtures for moving.
