<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling bearing in which a lubricant is hard to leak and a foreign substance is hard to enter. <P>SOLUTION: A deep groove ball bearing has sealing devices 5 and 5 of non-contact type. An inner end part 5b facing an inner ring 1 in the sealing device 5 with a gap C in between, a counter surface 1b opposed to the inner end part 5b of the sealing device 5 in the outer peripheral surface of the inner ring 1, an inner surface of a groove 2b of an outer ring 2 to which the sealing device 5 is attached, and an outer end part 5a of the sealing device 5 inserted in the groove 2b, are applied with a surface treatment to demonstrate excellent water repellency and oil repellency. At the inner end part 5b of the sealing device 5, a plurality of lips 5c consisting of a projection that protrudes toward the counter surface 1b are formed.
