The arrangement has a tubular inner liner having outer diameter equal to inner diameter of a pipeline. A resilient material mold (10) is comprised of two different geometrically shaped annular sealing surfaces (18,19) that are combined with respective separated annular clamping devices. The sealing surfaces are separated along axial direction.
