<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stirring blade which can make a plurality of driving sources for stirring impellers and scraping impellers unnecessary and a stirrer. <P>SOLUTION: The stirrer includes the scraping impellers 57a and 57b which scrape a material to be stirred against the inner surface of a heating container 3 and the stirring impellers 59a and 59b for beating or cutting/refining which have slits 71 through which the material to be stirred is passed, are attached to the scraping impellers 57a and 57b, and are rotated integrally.
