<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scraping jig capable of reducing a linear defect, and a contrast improvement sheet manufacturing device equipped therewith. <P>SOLUTION: A scraping jig is used to manufacture a contrast improvement sheet that comprises: a light transmission part 1 with multiple grooves arranged in parallel on a surface 1a; and a light absorption part that is formed within each of the grooves of the light transmission part 1. The scraping jig comprises: a first scraping blade 31 for scraping an ink composition that is supplied from the surface 1a of the light transmission part 1 with the grooves arranged in parallel on the surface 1a, to the top of the surface 1a; a second scraping blade 32 that is arranged at a prescribed distance from the first scraping blade 31, for further scraping the ink composition remaining on the surface 1a of the light transmission part 1 after scraping by the first scraping blade 31; and a back plate 33 that is installed on the second scraping blade 32. A tip 32a of the second scraping blade 32 projects longer than a tip 31a of the first scraping blade 31 by 0.25 mm or more and 0.55 mm or less. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
