<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel method for producing a sulfate conjugate excellent in productivity, and to provide a novel means used for this method. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided a transformant used for producing the sulfate conjugate of a material to be conjugated and composed of a yeast which has become transformed by a sulfate group transferase-expression vector prepared by expressably inserting a sulfate group transferase gene to a yeast expression vector. The method for producing the sulfate conjugate includes the production of the sulfate conjugate of the material to be conjugated by culturing the transformant in the presence of ammonium sulfate, glucose and a hydroxide of the material to be conjugated. The transformant composed of a yeast further transformed by a vector prepared by expressably inserting a cytochrome P450 gene to a yeast expression vector is also provided. The method for producing the sulfate conjugate includes production of the sulfate conjugate of the material to be conjugated by culturing the transformant in the presence of ammonium sulfate, glucose and a hydroxide of the material to be conjugated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
