<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a telephone calling time between a security delivery person and an operator by adding, to ATMs, a mechanism capable of notifying the delivery person of a latest command of each store, without a telephone call. <P>SOLUTION: A security delivery service support system in which an operational management center for supporting the security delivery services is connected to a plurality of ATMs via a network: updates a security delivery plan including card information subject to collection, and inclusion money information subject to collection in real time via a database provided in a center computer of the operational management center; causes each ATM to refer to the database of the operational center; and guides and supports the security delivery person to perform the security delivery services. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
