<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid mixing apparatus capable of accurately blending even when the blending amount of an additive is remarkably small with respect to a main agent and which quickly transfers to and from a measuring measure. <P>SOLUTION: In the liquid mixing apparatus 10 for preparing a liquid mixture by adding the additive 2 to the main agent 1, the main agent 1 stored in a storage tank 11 is transferred by its own weight to a supply tank 20 through piping 19 sequentially connecting a first automatic valve 12, a measuring tank 13, a second automatic valve 14, an agitating tank 16 having an agitating apparatus 15, a third automatic valve 17, and a static mixer.
