<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ion exchange device minimizing the width of variation in the linear velocity of a regenerative liquid and/or water circulating an ion exchange resin bed in a regeneration process and/or extruding process. <P>SOLUTION: The ion exchange device is set so that the liquid level in the liquid tanks 4 and/or 6 is higher than an opening end 51 in an exhaust line L5. The regenerative liquid and/or water are supplied from the liquid tanks 4 and/or 6 to a pressure tank 2 by a water head pressure difference between the liquid level in the tanks 4 and/or 6 and the opening end 51 in the exhaust line L5. The device is composed to discharge the regenerative liquid and/or water from the pressure tank 2 to the exhaust line L5, and the positions of the liquid level of the tanks 4 and/or 6 and the opening end 51 of the exhaust line L5 are set so that a water head pressure difference when the supply of the regenerative liquid and/or water from the tanks 4 and/or 6 to the pressure tank 2 is ended, is in a range of 0.7-0.9 times that when the supply is started. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
