<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting bracket for placing an on-roof module base that is equipped with strength resistant to weight of a solar panel and the like for being placed on a roof of a building, safety resistant to an earthquake, wind pressure and the like, durability resistant to solar radiation heat from the sun, and waterproofness resistant to wind and rain. <P>SOLUTION: An on-roof module base mounting bracket comprises an internal fitting that is provided inside a roof material R that is laid on a roof of a building T, and an external fitting that is provided outside the roof material and provided by being insertably assembled.
