<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device in which power consumption of an LSI can be reduced by lowering the power supply voltage of the I/O circuit of the LSI. <P>SOLUTION: A test signal generation unit 41A is provided in a first device 2A and transmits a test signal A to a test signal inspection unit 42B. The test signal inspection unit 42B is provided in a second device 2B and transmits a response signal A indicating whether or not the test signal A is received correctly to an I/O power supply control unit. The I/O power supply control unit generates a voltage decrease signal if a response signal A indicates that the test signal A is received correctly, otherwise generates a voltage increase signal.
