<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powdery mixture for powder metallurgy which is excellent in powder characteristics such as flow properties with reduced uneven distribution of powder, and also excellent in extraction properties after compression molding, and to provide a method for producing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The powdery mixture for powder metallurgy includes: a main raw material powder composed of a metal powder; a sub-raw material powder 2 for improving mechanical characteristics; and a molding lubricant. The molding lubricant includes a high-melting point lubricant 3 having a melting point of 80-240°C, that is at least one of higher fatty acid and a metal salt and a wax of higher fatty acid, and a low-melting point lubricant 4 having a melting point of 60-80°C. The sub-raw material powder is bound to the metal powder by the high-melting point lubricant, and the low-melting point lubricant is adhered to the high-melting point lubricant. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
