<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembling method of a winding and an amorphous core capable of improving impact of the load of the amorphous core on the winding than before, when assembling the winding subjected to insulation processing and the amorphous core, and to provide a manufacturing method thereof and the structure of a transformer corresponding to the assembling method and the manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: A spool located on the innermost periphery of a winding is projected upward and downward from the end of the winding, and the winding is manufactured of the spool which withstands against the mass of the winding and an amorphous core. Alternatively, in an amorphous transformer having a winding formed by winding a wire around a spool, and an amorphous core inserted into the spool of the winding, the spool has a projection which projects farther than the end of the winding in the insertion direction of the amorphous core. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
