<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deburring tool that can be manufactured at a low cost with simple and reliable function for deburring an edge of a side hole extending obliquely in a component. <P>SOLUTION: The deburring tool includes a tool shaft 1 that is rotated and/or translated during cutting and is provided with: a clamp end 2; a pipe shaft 5 arranged at a tool-side shaft end; and a supporting body 6 arranged as a cutting blade receiver in the pipe shaft 5. The pipe shaft 5 has an opening 10 on its side surface. A cutting blade body 11 with a cutting blade 3 is provided in the opening 10. The cutting blade body 11 is arranged so as to be supported by the supporting body 6 and moved in the opening 10. The cutting blade 3 is pushed outside by a pressure medium. The cutting blade 3 arranged in the cutting blade body 11 is formed by a slope inclining gradually toward a rear end in the lengthwise direction of the cutting blade body 11 as the contour of the rear end side thereof is apart from the upper surface of the cutting blade body 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
