<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve structure that can improve vehicle riding comfort in all speed areas during contraction of a buffer. <P>SOLUTION: The base valve structure includes a valve case 3 partitioning a pressure side chamber R2 sectioned by a piston 2 in a cylinder 1 and a reservoir R installed outside the cylinder 1, a port 4 disposed in the valve case 3 to communicate the pressure side chamber R2 with the reservoir R, an annular relief valve 5 stacked at the reservoir side end of the valve case 3 to open/close the port 4 to apply resistance to the flow of fluids flowing from the pressure side chamber R2 to the reservoir R, a guide rod 7 slidably inserted into an insertion hole 6 provided to the valve case 3 and having the relief valve 5 mounted on its outer periphery, and a spring member 8 for energizing the relief valve 5 toward the valve case 3 via the guide rod 7. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
