<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust gas recirculation apparatus and an internal combustion engine system, according to which a feed amount of exhaust gas can be properly regulated. <P>SOLUTION: The exhaust gas recirculation apparatus includes a recirculation pipe, a flow rate controlling valve, a laser measuring device, and a control device. The laser measuring device includes a measuring cell; a light emitting part outputting laser beam of a wavelength range including the oxygen absorbing wavelength; an optical system guiding the laser beam emitted from the light emitting part to the measuring cell; a light receiving part receiving the laser beam injected from an incident part, passing through the measuring cell and outputting the received quantity of light as the light receiving signal; a signal processing part processing the light receiving signal output from the light receiving part; a physical quantity calculation part calculating the concentration of oxygen contained in the measuring object gas flowing through the measuring cell on the basis of the result processed in the signal processing part; and a control part controlling the operations of the respective parts. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
