<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fully remove foams generated on a surface of fiber-reinforced resin layer using an apparatus having a good handling performance and simple configuration. <P>SOLUTION: An apparatus 1 for manufacturing a gas tank includes a gas tank supporting device 21 that supports and rotates the gas tank 10 and a laser irradiation device 23 that irradiates laser A to the outside of the fiber-reinforced resin layer 11 of the gas tank 10 supported by the gas tank supporting device 21 and removes the foams B on the surface of the fiber-reinforced resin layer 11. The foams B on the surface of the fiber-reinforced resin layer 11 is removed by supporting and rotating the gas tank 10 around which a reinforced fiber is wrapped when thermally curing the fiber-reinforced resin layer 11 and irradiating the laser A to the outside of the surface of the fiber-reinforced resin layer 11 of the rotated gas tank 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
