<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surfboard placement tool that can easily put a surfboard without making a stain and collapse on the surfboard in an stable state and without requiring troublesome work on a beach of a seaside for surfboarding, and can use as a chair when surfboard is not placed, and can minimize by folding up when not used. <P>SOLUTION: The surfboard placement tool 1 includes a seat part 2 on which a human can sit and a leg part 3 for supporting the seat part 2 and can use as a folding chair.
