<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attachment tool which easily rotates an antenna to the proper orientation determined by the installation orientation of a field device. <P>SOLUTION: A field device 100 includes a housing having an exterior surface 103, an inner surface 105 enclosing a main cavity 117, and an opening 114 extending from the main cavity 117 to the exterior surface 103. An electric component 28 is housed in the main cavity 117 of the housing. An antenna 18 electrically connects with the electric component 28. Further, the field device 100 includes a rotary attachment tool 110 attached to the housing 102. The attachment tool 110 has a channel 120 extending from a first end part 118 to a second end part 122 of the attachment tool.
