<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for manufacturing a high durability anticorrosion steel material in which the strength of adhesion to a steel material is maintained for a long period and which is excellent in reliability. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus for manufacturing a high durability anticorrosion steel material includes an inorganic coarse grain spraying device for spraying inorganic coarse grains in a high temperature state to a resin coating film which is formed on the surface of a long steel material 6 and in a molten state. The inorganic coarse grain spraying device has a coarse grain spraying chamber 53 formed so as to surround the whole periphery of a long steel material 6, and a narrow narrowed down part 55 is formed at the inside opposing the long steel material 6 of the coarse grain spraying chamber 53. Then, a mixed flow of the coarse grains in a high temperature state and air is supplied to the coarse grain spraying chamber 53 and jetted onto the peripheral surface of the steel material 6 carrying the resin coating film in a molten state through the narrowed down part 55. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
