<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an artificial nail or a tip configuration without forming creases or wrinkles on a release layer, and to provide a method for manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: An artificial nail 10 or a tip configuration and a method for manufacturing the same are provided. The configuration includes at least one body having a concave lower surface 24 including a shape corresponding to an own nail. The configuration also includes an adhesive layer 30 having a first surface and a second surface in the opposite side. The first surface adheres to the concave lower surface 24 of at least one body and the second surface is provided so as to adhere to the own nail when put on the own nail. The configuration further includes a release layer 40 covering the second surface of the adhesive layer 30 and removable so as to expose the second surface of the adhesive layer 30 in order to be put on the own nail. The release layer 40 is provided with a plurality of slits so that the surface of the release layer 40 remains to be smooth after the first surface of the adhesive layer 30 adheres to the concave lower surface of at least one body. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
