<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance conversion efficiency of a solar cell by forming a transparent conductive film by wet coating between a photoelectric conversion layer and a sealing material film, in a silicon heterojunction solar cell or a substrate type thin film solar cell, thereby reducing reflection of light passed through the sealing material film and reflected on the surface of the photoelectric conversion layer. <P>SOLUTION: In a composite film 1 for a solar cell having a transparent conductive film 10 between a photoelectric conversion layer 30 and a sealing material film 40, the transparent conductive film 10 contains transparent conductive particles and a translucent binder, and the refractive indices satisfy a formula n<SB POS="POST">1</SB>>n<SB POS="POST">2</SB>>n<SB POS="POST">3</SB>(In the formula, n<SB POS="POST">1</SB>is the refractive index of the photoelectric conversion layer 30, n<SB POS="POST">2</SB>is the refractive index of the transparent conductive film 10, and n<SB POS="POST">3</SB>is the refractive index of the sealing material film 40). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
