<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic thin-film solar cell that is highly soluble to organic solvent, formed by wet deposition with a low cost, easily manufactured, unlikely to have pin holes, stable, and excellent in reproducing characteristics. <P>SOLUTION: An organic thin-film solar cell 10 includes: a substrate 1; a first electrode layer 2 that is formed on the substrate 1; a photoelectric conversion layer 3 that is formed on the first electrode layer and contains an electron receiving material and an electron donating material; and a second electrode layer 4 that is formed on the photoelectric conversion layer 3.
