<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a molded article, capable of easily enhancing the transfer accuracy of an irregular pattern. <P>SOLUTION: A molding base material 31 including a shape forming material 11 and a thermoplastic resin base material 21 overlaid thereon is carried between belts 54, 55. A heating part 72 extending in the carrying direction heats the thermoplastic resin base material 21 to a temperature at which an irregular pattern of the shape forming material 11 is transferred to the thermoplastic resin base material 21. A cooling part 73 extending in the carrying direction on the downstream side of the heating part 72 cools the thermoplastic resin base material 21. The molding base material 31 is pressurized by the heating part 72 and the cooling part 73, and carried from the heating part 72 to the cooling part 73 so that the period of time required for the base material to be carried in the cooling part 73 after carried out of the heating part 72 is 5 seconds or less. Preferably, a pressurization area continued along the carrying direction is formed by the heating part 72 and the cooling part 73, and the pressurization of the base material 31 is continued until it is carried out of the cooling part 73 after carried in the heating part 72. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
