<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printed circuit board in which an unwanted signal that occurs at integer multiples of the fundamental frequency in a transmission line can be removed. <P>SOLUTION: In a fundamental frequency corresponding to a data rate of a coded digital signal, two 1/4 wave length lines 5 and 6 that are correspond to 1/4 wave length are arranged on a signal wiring layer that is one of the surface layers of a substrate 8, along a transmission line 3 that transmits a digital signal. One end part 15a of the first 1/4 wave length line 5 is open, and the other end part 15b is grounded to a ground 7.
