<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus capable of improving an assembling property. <P>SOLUTION: An electronic apparatus is equipped with a module, a housing, a sheet metal, and a cable. The housing is equipped with a first member facing the module; and a second member having an engaging portion with which the first member engages, and facing the module from the opposite side to the first member. The sheet metal has a part extending in a thickness direction of the housing at a position separated from the module, and extends into the housing.
