<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting structure of meter device that enables an indicator to indirectly glow while keeping down costs as much as possible. <P>SOLUTION: A lighting structure of a meter device 1, in which an indicator 6 indirectly glows while rotating and indicates various kinds of information, comprises: a rotating shaft 4 that rotates by a torque transmitted from a motor; an indicator 6 that is provided with a connection part 5 having a cylindrical hole into which a tip of the rotating shaft 4 is inserted, has impermeability or semipermeability and rotates with the rotating shaft 4; a light source 2 that allows illumination light from a lower end of the rotating shaft 4 to enter; and a cap 7 that has a light blocking effect and covers a rotation center of the indicator 6. The cap 7, which includes a reflection part 71 that is formed with a conical projection to be inserted into a hole 6C provided in the rotation center of the indicator 6, is configured so as to deflect a light path by using the reflection part 71 to reflect the illumination light that is emitted from the tip of the rotating shaft 4 and heads for the indicator 6 through the connection part 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
